Due to the perishable nature of our premium spirits, Hendrick’s Gin 1L can only be returned if the bottle remains sealed and the security seal is intact. We strive for excellence, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the bottle is unopened, the tamper-evident seal is unbroken, and you have your original proof of purchase ready.

  Email our concierge team with your order number and clear photos if the product was damaged during transit.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the bottle back in its original protective shipping box to prevent breakage during the return journey.

  Process Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
